SHIPPING & RETURNS
DISPATCH & DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery within the United Kingdom will be with Hermes, Royal Mail or UPS.
Orders over the weekend will usually be dispatched on the Monday (except Bank Holidays).
Where appropriate, tracking numbers will be provided so items can be tracked.
Unfortunately, we do not sell products outside of the United Kingdom.
RETURNS & FAULTY GOODS
No responsibility can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit. Your item will be covered by an appropriate insurance cover and you will be refunded the cost of your order.
If you suspect your item(s) may have been damaged during transit, please contact us and provide photographs of the damage within 24 hours. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to send out any replacements.
Please inspect the packaging before signing for your order. If there any visible signs of damage to the packaging, you have the right to refuse signing for your order. Should you sign for your order and you find an item(s) missing as a result from the damage of the packaging, you will not be entitled to a refund for the missing item(s).
If you refuse to sign for an order that you believe has been damaged in transit, you must notify us immediately. Any refused orders will be returned to us and you will be refunded accordingly.
ORDER ERRORS (YOURS)
In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, and have not been in touch before they are picked and dispatched, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
PICKING ERRORS (OURS)
In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect your order, please accept our sincere apologies and allow us to immediately correct the situation. Please contact us on 01833 630956 so that we can arrange for the correct products to be sent to you if they are in stock.

RETURNS & REFUND
We offer a standard 21 day return policy on item(s) no longer wanted. You are responsible for the return of your item(s) until it has been delivered to us and signed for. All monies owed will be processed for a refund as soon as we have received the returned item(s). You are responsible for covering the cost of the return postage, which you will not be reimbursed for.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, JackRabbits PA does not offer refunds on Paintball Markers, Air/CO2 systems or Paintballs. For a refund on all other unused items, please send to 10A GALGATE, BARNARD CASTLE, COUNTY DURHAM, DL12 8BG, UNITED KINGDOM.
